Does divulging someones past without their consent constitute harrment?

In the u.s., people cannot be restrained from speech. If what she says is slanderous, then you could sue for your damages after the fact but the hallmark of the first amendment is the lack of prior restraint on speech. If you are in some other country, the law will be different.
