In Roman Catholicism, is it possible to be forgiven for being an Apostate?

While not 100% my fault, i did have a falling out with the church. I even went to a different religion but it really wasnt for me. I want to give Catholicism one more chance before i ultimately decide what to do. The only problem is that i dont want to even go back if i cant be forgiven for my wrongdoing. What happened was after i got confirmed(which i wish i didnt because to this day i dont know much about the church, i was only ten so i was just doing what my parents said to) my family stopped going to church, so eventually i gave up on the idea of going at all. Now that im a few years older, religion is important to me(im 15 now) and i am having a hard time deciding if im even worthy enough to go back. Does anyone know if being a Apostate is forgiveable?
