What is the fastest way to get 70 def from 65 and str to 70 from 65?

ive been training at giant spiders(lvl50) in lvl 3 stronghold i am a member they give u 204xp and is faster than experiments(lvl25) and rock (lvl13) is there any other way to get up yr lvls faster?
