EvoCam as petcam over the web?

EvoCam is a webcam software for the mac. I've been toying and tweaking around for a week trying to make it broadcast video of my dogs at home over the web. My toolbox includes: no-ip.com, opening ports 80 and 8080 on my dsl modem/router (Comtrend CT-5071T), and checking my ports with canyouseeme.org. Bottom line, I'm no network expert. Any help on how I can get this to work and check my dogs online will be appreciated. Many thanks!
