I beg anyone that can help me remember?

i have vague memorys about a cartton about the ten commandment this boy girl and a bully get sucked into this table top jukebox and have to go through guessing the commandment that goes along with the song their animal friends are singing. its been a really long time and ive been trying to find it everywhere. part of one of the lines said by a cartoon lion is honor thy mother and father and thats no jive if you want to reach top ten number 5. the kids in the movie have to learn and understand what each commandment is before they can go on. i beg anyone who knows please answer me.
