Amazing and Interesting Vampire Books?

I have read the Vampire Diaries Five books and now i find myself without a very nice and interesting Vampire Book, I have read a part of twilight's first book and i didn't enjoy it to the degree that i enjoyed VD, i find it rather boring......Can anyone recommend some really nice Vampire Books that are really nice and not boring?
