Is the Orbea Opal Dama a good performance road bike?

I currently ride a Cannondale Synapse Feminine Carbon 3, with Shimano Ultegra SL Compact, 34/50 crank and a Shimano Ultegra 12-27 rear cog. While I enjoy the stiffness of the frame, the ride is quite harsh. Is it a worthy upgrade?
