Need friends?

feel so alone. wife is bipolar and is bi and has internet GF. she has CP, on wrong meds, but can't find a psychiatrist here on the island of hawaii to see her that is any goood. I am disabled, kids have sever ADHD and were molested, a mother who is on a ventilator. Try to take care of everyone but feel so alone. Have a 360 and NOBODY ever goes there. Just want someone to care for me. feel so depressed.
