Question about mans behaviour?

Every time my husband is talking to his ex-wife, i felt like my husband is overjoyed. After conversation with her, my husband is full of smile when he talks to me and embraces me. i feel sad because this is his behaviour during our first year of marriage. now i'm getting this cloud nine behaviour after he talks to his ex-wife. is he having a reviving feeling for his ex-wife they were divorced for 10 years now and he is now married to me! does a man ever knows what he is doing and that this hurts me? is he bored with me? or for man..showing affection to their wives are ways to make the wife shutup if she notices something?
