Help me to learn pcb design?

Try expresspcb. The software is free and the cool thing is you can get 3 professional, smaller boards for $50 and only in a few days. You layout a schematic with one program and then a pcb layout with the other. The two work together to ensure proper connections are made. You can fill in ground plains, have all sorts of holes drilled, etc. I am sure there are samples, they have a good website. I don't work for them, I have just used them numerous times.
