Should I have w/ yeast infection?

Yeast infections are contagious. Sounds like you've already given it to your guy--I'm guessing he's the one who told you about the taste. If he's already got the oral yeast infection (thrush), you've probably got it, too, just from kissing. That's why both partners should be treated for the same yeast infection.
